Registering Early
Although you may join our classes at any time, please register early since class sizes are limited and many fill quickly. Registering before classes are scheduled to begin also ensures that we will have your child’s materials for you at your first class. NOTE: We do prorate tuition for those that register after the semester has started.

Choosing a Class
Because Kindermusik classes are age-appropriate, we strongly recommend that a child be at least the minimum age by the start of the semester for the class in which you are enrolling. If you are interested in having your child be with other children of similar ages, please call. We are glad to answer your questions

Enrollment Confirmation
A registration form and payment must be received before enrollment can be confirmed. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will place you on a waiting list or offer a full refund. You will receive a phone call, email or mailed notice to confirm your registration.

Non-enrolled Siblings
Due to limited class sizes and unique class settings, I regret that most Village and Our Time classes are not able to accommodate non-enrolled siblings older than 6 months. It is ideal for a parent to bring only the enrolled child to class in order to be able to give full attention to the enrolled child and participate more fully in class. Siblings are welcome during Sharing Time for Imagine That!

Make-up classes
There are no refunds for missed classes. Make-up classes for teacher absences due to emergency or illness will be scheduled.

Food, Drinks and Diapers!
Please refrain from bringing toys, food, sip cups and other drinks into class. Please keep pacifiers out of sight for the duration of the class. We don't want to accidentally "share" these and we want to be able to encourage vocalizing and language development. Please discard diapers in the main bathroom so we can take them out daily. For the older children, please take care of their bathroom needs prior to entering class.
