With this enrollment, I understand that I am committing to pay for the entire semester per the payment option chosen.  I also understand that there are no refunds and that make up classes will be available for teacher absences only. Furthermore, I release any and all rights and claims for damages against Kindermusik by The Gifted Child and its staff in the unlikely event of injury sustained by myself or my child(ren) during the course of or as a result of this musical activity.

Families who take advantage of this special one time per-semester discount will receive a sibling materials’ kit for the second child if enrolling in the same class.
